With three generations rooted in real estate and entrepreneurship, David carries forward a family legacy that began with his grandfather’s transition from nationally recognized apparel manufacturing into hands-on real estate development, laying the foundation for Stone Properties. After assuming leadership of the business at 23, David has continued to grow the company with a long-term vision focused on reinvestment, resilience, and meaningful community engagement in Greenville.

Jessica Weathers is a seasoned real estate broker with more than two decades of experience in the Greenville, SC downtown market.
