Completed residential applications should include a $45.00 non-refundable application fee in the form of Electronic Payment. It is required to provide a copy of your Social Security Card, ID/Drivers License and proof of income (most recent 4 weeks of pay stubs). Applications are considered incomplete until all necessary documentation is supplied.
Completed commercial applications should include a $55.00 non-refundable application fee in the form of Electronic Payment, copy of your Social Security Card or IRS Form, ID/Drivers License and proof of income (recent bank statement or previous years federal tax retrun). Applications are considered incomplete until all necessary documentation is supplied.
